Mr. Bartning works as a realtor at Mojica & Associates and as a Consulting Associate at Yescalis Campaign Strategies. He has extensive nonprofit management experience and received his BS from Georgetown University.

BOARD MEMBER: MICHAEL O’NEIL
Mr. O’Neil has over 30 years’ of experience in conducting public opinion and market research for government agencies, universities, and corporations. He is the founder of O’Neil Associates and received his BA and MA from Brown University and his PhD from Northwestern University.
